Mistfall Hunter is officially listed for Windows PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The current sources do not list PlayStation 4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch versions.

Cross-platform matchmaking is supported

The July 24 official launch FAQ directly answers yes to cross-platform matchmaking. This replaces the older situation in which only an Xbox capability label was available.

The FAQ does not describe cross-progression, shared saves or account transfer between platforms. Crossplay should therefore not be read as a promise that progress and purchases move between Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox.

Launch server regions

Bellring Games lists launch servers in China, the United States, Germany, Singapore and Brazil. A server location list does not promise a specific ping, queue population or unrestricted manual region selection.

The official FAQ says accounts in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands receive the North America build and can access only North America servers. No broader region-lock rule is stated on this page.

Xbox Game Pass and console access

Xbox Wire confirms that Mistfall Hunter will be available with Xbox Game Pass on day one for Xbox Series X/S and Xbox on PC. This is separate from the Xbox store's note that online console multiplayer requires an eligible Game Pass subscription.

The first-party sources reviewed here do not promise permanent catalog availability or define which future subscription tiers will retain access, so this page records the day-one commitment rather than an open-ended guarantee.
